Let's shoot straight.
Right now - we are in a Buyer's Market. It has never been as important to have complete confidence in "Your Agent". At the risk of being overly blunt: It is my opinion that "Your Agent" is essentiall y a Hired Gun. This is the individual who either will get the job done - or won't. This is not a time to think about anything but the task at hand.
It's not about who you sit next to in church. It's not about a co-worker who happens to be licensed, and its certainly not about that "hot-tip" about your hairdresser's nephew. It's about your hopes and dreams, your home, the marketplace, & "Your Agent's" skill-set.
This, my friend, is about winning - or losing. It's about success or failure. It's about getting the job done: And getting it done in measurable time. It's amazing just what a difference "Your Agent" can & will make!
JUST A FEW QUESTIONS YOU MAY WANT TO ADDRESS EARLY ON... Is Your Agent a "Full-Time" Professional? Is Your Agent a Realtor - or just simply a licensed individual? (There is a difference!) Is Your Agent involved and well-connected in the community? Has Your Agent pursued excellence by pursuing specialized education? Is Your Agent comfortable with the internet? (e-Marketing, e-Prospecting, e-Sales) Does Your Agent have a personal web-presence? How will Your Agent expose your home to the market? - What media will be employed? Does Your Agent communicate efficiently? Do you trust Your Agent? - Do you have faith that he/she can actually get the job done in measurable time? Has Your Agent offered referrals? - Have you "verified" that information?
When it’s time to sell, you must be confident that every element of negotiating the best terms and the highest price has been set before your home is even listed.
Start with the resources I’ve provided. There is no charge for this information. These will help get you started in terms of assessing your real estate situation and planning for a stress-free and successful sale.
The real estate market in Tehachapi is volatile, especially lately, and it takes an experienced professional to move your house quickly, professionally, and profitably.
When you’ve decided to sell, I will be your advocate, your counselor, and a fierce negotiator. I will work hard to make your transaction as efficient as possible. I look forward to it.
Please feel free to call or email anytime. As ever: I am at Your Service!
Respectfully Submitted:
